How does this work?

Step 1: If this sounds interesting to you, the first step is to complete the contact form below. I will then get in touch to ask you some initial details about yourself and your requirements. I will ask you a few questions to be able to get an understanding of how best I can help you.

Step 2: We will then set up a 30 minute free introductory call - an informal chat to discuss your needs and requirements and design a plan uniquely tailored to you.
Step 3: If you decide to proceed, we will organise our first yoga class, where you’ll have a chance to experience my yoga style first hand and understand whether it fits with your style.
Step 4: If you like what you see, we are all set and we can practise together for as long or as little as you’d like.

What if I’m a complete beginner?

No problem at all! My 1:1 sessions are tailored to your level of experience, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years. I’ll guide you through the basics and help you build a strong foundation at a pace that suits you.

What should I wear and bring to a session?

A yoga mat and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely are ideal. If we’re practising in person, I’ll bring any additional props we might need. For online sessions, having a yoga mat and any props you’re comfortable with (like a strap or blocks) will be helpful, but they’re not essential.

How do online yoga sessions work?

Online sessions are conducted via video call, allowing you to practise from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a quiet space, a yoga mat, and a good internet connection. I’ll guide you through the session as if we were in the same room, offering adjustments and guidance tailored to you.

How do I prepare for an online session?

Make sure you have a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and set up your device so I can clearly see you during the practice. I’ll send you a link for our video call before the session. It’s also helpful to have a yoga mat and any props you like to use close by.

What should I expect in my first class?

Your first class will be an introductory class where we explore your needs and goals together. I’ll introduce you to my teaching style, and we’ll work through a practice designed specifically for you. It’s a great opportunity for you to experience how a private session feels and to see if it’s the right fit for you.

How often should I book sessions?

The frequency of sessions depends on your personal goals and schedule. Some clients prefer weekly sessions to maintain consistency, while others may choose to practise more or less frequently depending on their needs. We can discuss and find a rhythm that works best for you during our consultation.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes, I understand that life happens! I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so as long as you let me know at least 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule your session without any additional cost.

What if I have specific physical limitations or injuries?

Yoga is highly adaptable, and we’ll tailor our sessions to accommodate any physical limitations or injuries you might have. During our consultation, we’ll discuss any concerns, and we’ll design a practice that supports your healing and wellness.

Do you offer packages or discounts?

Yes, there is a discounted rate for your first session and flexible package options for ongoing practice. We can discuss these during our introductory call to find the best fit for your needs.
