Join the Grounding series - a series of seven, 1h, online classes designed to help you ground down and reconnect with yourself.

The series runs from November to Christmas, every Monday at 7pm.

You'll need a quiet space, a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a stable internet connection.

The class is held online every Monday. The start time may vary each week, so be sure to check your email for the latest schedule.

Who can join this class? Is it beginner-friendly?

Everyone is welcome! This class is designed to be beginner-friendly, so whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll find it accessible and beneficial.

How much does it cost to join the class?

The first class is half price ( 8.5). Drop in classes are 15 each. Discounts for purchasing a whole series or bundles of classes apply. You will find all details in the welcome email.

How do I sign up for the class?

What if I have any injuries or health condition?

If you are unsure whether you can practice, please contact your physician. If it gives you a green light, please let me know of your situation and we will adapt the class accordingly.
